Unless stated otherwise, we reserve the right to ship the carrier of our choice. If you have provided a valid email, you will be sent tracking once an order is shipped. It is your responsibility to notify us within Seven days in the event an item arrives damaged, or if an item is not received. We cannot be held liable for misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Once delivered to your office or home, you are responsible for the safety of the package(s). Please inform us if you prefer your shipment to be sent "Signature Required" prior to making an order. 

General Information

No waiver of any provision or any breach of this Agreement will constitute a waiver of any other provisions or any other or further breach. In the event that any provision of this Agreement will be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will be severed, and the balance of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use set forth the entire Agreement between you and Dueling Guard with respect to use of the Sites and supersede any prior agreements between you and Dueling Guard relating to such subject matter. The Terms are not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with Dueling Guard's prior written consent. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms of Use. Any heading, caption or section title contained herein is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof. Dueling Guard LLC performance of these Terms of Use is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms of Use is in derogation of Dueling Guard 's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Sites or information provided to or gathered by Dueling Guard with respect to such use. A printed version of these Terms of Use and of any notices given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Use to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. The parties agree that all correspondence relating to these Terms of Use must be written in the English language.
