I had ordered 2 deck boxes on April 19th one was in stock the other said it was a preorder being shipped April 24th I’m a patient person so I waited till may 1st to reach out and ask for any updates they messaged me back the next day explaining that the product hadn’t come in yet I message them again two weeks later and they let me know they can ship the one that’s in stock but the preorder hadn’t arrived yet. Today is June 29th and both deck boxes have arrived in between times I asked for updates ever week and got a consistent reply with them updating me and keeping me in the loop. This is the 4th product I’ve bought from them and this is the first time this has ever happened. Honestly I’m not upset whatsoever I appreciate that they always replied in good time the product was great as always and I appreciate the transparency
